Each Statement of Commitment admitted to the CLS public register, and any related information, has been provided to CLS by the relevant market participant. CLS has not, and will not, verify any aspect of the Statement of Commitment including the content, accuracy or validity of the Statement of Commitment or the authority of the individual signing the Statement of Commitment or any of the information provided.

For the avoidance of doubt, the absence of a Statement of Commitment in the CLS public register in no way implies the absence of a Statement of Commitment in respect of that market participant.
FX Global Code — public register. It has been welcomed by market participants and widely recognized as critically important to their business.
Learning Outcomes
The FX Global Code is a key example of how the buy-side and sell-side have joined together to deliver a solution that works for the broadest number of market participants. The composition of the group is reviewed at the end of the calendar year. Foreign exchange market participants are welcome to express their interest in joining the Contact Group by submitting the application form and relevant documentation to the FXCG Secretariat at the latest by end October.
To further enhance the diversity of our contact group, we particularly encourage institutions to nominate female representatives.
Representatives from the euro area national central banks, who have the status of observer, may follow the discussions in the group. We are always working to improve this website for our users.
